Ok, this is where it all started... In Brazil, we got horrendously drunk on Caipirinhas (how can you not?) and whilst feasting at Porcao and talking to our barman who took up residence on our table, we decided there and then that no challenge was too big for us... it took a hand shake full of spit, to confirm we were doing the Ironman. We've never looked back. Just log on to their website to see the various competitions you can enter. The locations are amazing! Just think about the feeling you will get when you surrounded by 1,500 people, all heart rate monitors going nuts before the gun goes off at sunrise, it's a feeling you will never forget. www.ironman.com

•Surfs up!
